To JOIN this new offer, libraries should contact BC ELN by the response deadline. Libraries that are members of COPPUL and BC ELN should contact BC ELN to join.
Late subscriptions are accepted and will receive prorated pricing; however, they will not benefit from the 5% early subscribers discount, nor will they count toward the total participation discounts across the Consortia.
